Methods for transferring media
We accept raw media files through Dropbox or Google Drive links, but Dropbox is the recommended file sharing platform. Once the files are uploaded, you can list the download links along with the project brief in the Trello backlog section.(this will help us reduce project starting time) The project delivery date will be established after we receive the raw footage.
Raw footage file size
For an average project, we expect a file size of up to 500 GB per request. If your file exceeds this limit, you can reduce its size by creating a proxy and sending it to us along with the project file. If the file size still exceeds 500 GB, please email us or send a Slack message. We will gladly increase the file size limit for you; however, this may impact your project delivery time. Additionally, for every extra 100 GB beyond the 500 GB limit, a fee of $20 will apply.
Trunround time
Please keep in mind that all estimates are subject to the scope, complexity, and details of your specific request. The timelines for your project may vary based on the production team's estimation, but we assure you that we will work quickly while maintaining the highest level of quality.
Licensing and copyright of soundtracks.
If you would like to choose and provide your own soundtracks for your project, please make sure to include the music files along with your raw footage. It is important to note that you are responsible for ensuring that any supplied music complies with any copyright considerations.
Please be aware that wedwill is not responsible or liable for licensing music that is not included in our Musicbed or Soundstripe wedding subscription. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary licenses for any music included in your films, as required by law in your country.
Copyright
We do not claim any ownership or recognition for the work we produce. All final products are the exclusive property of the client. However, WedWill may showcase the complete videos or parts of them for marketing purposes, unless the client specifically requests their footage, project files, and/or final cuts NOT to be shared with anyone outside of their company. We fully respect our client's right to privacy and will always comply with any such requests.
Delivery Dates
When you request a new project, we will assign a specific delivery date depending on our current turnaround time. Please note that the assigned delivery date is for the First Cut of your project. However, the final delivery date will depend on the number of revision rounds your project goes through.
Revision process
Once your video is complete, we will notify you via Trello. You will have unlimited revisions until the revision is completed, and your revision request will be an active task.
When we deliver the first version of the video to you, you have 14 days to request any revisions or make comments. If we do not receive any comments or revisions within 14 days, the project will be automatically approved.
Please note that if you need a revision for a project that is more than 20 days old, we will need time to download your project file again, which may affect the project delivery time.
