WedWill provides wedding video editing and culling services to wedding videographers. We can transform raw wedding footage into polished, professional films. Our scope of work includes full film editing, highlight film editing, culling footages, ceremony video editing, speeches video editing, trailer editing, moment video editing and vertical video editing.

Freelance and in-house editing can be costly and time-consuming. Most highly skilled editors charge upwards of $100,000 annually for video editing. Moreover, they charge per project, which may rise your cost when you have multiple projects per month.

WedWill offers a cost-effective alternative with a flat monthly fee, dedicated support and professional results tailored to your needs. Moreover, our plans offer unlimited projects, which can save a significant amount of money in the long term.

We offer a unique subscription service that can be paused if you want. This means, if you sign up for a one-month subscription and only use it for 15 days, you can "pause" your subscription and save the remaining days for another time. The remaining 15 days' time can be "activated" at a future date and then you can continue to edit your videos till the subscription ends.

Our clients love this feature because they can activate their subscription at the peak wedding season (usually May, June, September and October) and then pause the subscription at off-peak seasons. This is a special feature that many subscription services lack.

We have 3 pricing plans: Culling Pro, Creative Pro and Cinematic Pro.
   - Culling Pro ($549/month) is ideal for organizing raw footage and syncing multi-cam recordings.
   - Creative Pro ($999/month) includes full length films, ceremony and speech edits, and highlight        reels.
   - Cinematic pro ($1499/month) includes premium cinematic films, social media teasers and viral        quality edits.

Culling pro = $549

This plan is mainly dedicated to culling all video footage and labeling it into chronological order + other multi-cam cam sync editing.( (just remove anything unusable, like where the camera is shaky or pointed at the floor)

‍Creative pro = $999

‍This plan is dedicated to creating full films chronologically, highlighting films without speech in chronological order, ceremony editing, speech editing, and other multicam editing using Premiere Pro + Culling Pro plan features.

‍Cinematic pro=$1499

‍This plan is dedicated to creating cinematic highlight films, viral videos, feature films, and social media teasers using Premiere Pro and Creative Pro Plan features.

Additionally, we offer partial editing services for our Cinematic Pro and Creative Pro plans.

WedWill subscriptions are billed on monthly basis. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel at any time.

Currently, we do not have any discounts available since our prices are highly competitive and reflect the unique value of our services. However, if you're considering purchasing a yearly plan, feel free to contact us, as we may be able to offer a discount.

Once you subscribe to our plan, you will get access to the WedWill client portal where you can provide specific details about your project. Moreover, you will get access to a dedicated Slack channel where you can communicate effortlessly with our expert editors and account managers.

Once subscribed, you can add as many Video editing requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

You should upload your raw files via Dropbox or Google Drive and send us the link via our request form. In the request form, we ask further details about your project to ensure that you receive exactly what you need.

We accept most standard video formats, including MP4, MOV, AVI, and more.

Fill out our request form in the WedWill client portal to send us your editing preferences. Additionally, you can communicate directly with your project manager and your editor through your client portal. The support will be provided via a dedicated slack channel.

We use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and Frame.Io for video feedback. Using these professional tools help us produce professional-grade wedding videos that can mesmerize everyone.

Absolutely! Our editors are highly skilled and experienced that can analyse different editing styled beforehand. Simply share your examples or detailed instructions in your project request or communicate them with your editor to make sure that we produce outcomes of your style.

Each of our wedding video editing plans comes with unlimited revisions. With this option, you can revise the outcome until you are satisfied with it.

You can make unlimited requests with any of our wedding video editing subscriptions. We process one requests at a time to ensure absolute focus and quality in completing each task to your satisfaction.

After submitting a few requests, contact your Editor. We can then provide you with a more precise estimate. A general estimate may be a good place to begin if your video is not too complicated. We're always here to help you out!

All estimates are subject to the request's scope, complexity, and details. Timelines may vary based on the production team's estimation, but we will deliver your requests quickly while maintaining the highest quality.

You can upload all raw footage to cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox and add it to the your portal backlog section.

We can then work on completing your project one by one. By sending us the project file and proxy files, you can drastically reduce the time it takes for uploads and downloads. This means you can get your work done faster and more efficiently.

We provide professionally licenced music to enhance your wedding video. You can either select your preferred music or we'll choose them for you.

Yes! We source high-quality, fully licensed music through our subscriptions with Artlist, Musicbed, and Audio. This service is included in your plan, so there's no additional cost or hassle for you.

No, all the music we provide is fully licenced and included in your subscription plan at no extra cost. We own paid Artlist, MusicBed and Audio Music subscriptions. Hence, the licencing will be done on your behalf. You won't need to worry about additional licensing fees or copyright issues.

Currently, our limits are set to 500GB per project.

You can reduce file size by creating proxy files. If your proxies exceed 500 GB, you can message us using Slack, Then, we can increase your per-request data quota.

Yes, we can provide the project file with all assets on request.

We retain footage for 30 days post-delivery. Please download and back up your files promptly.
