Requests

How can I check the progress of your request? You can do that easily on this page. Currently, we are working on one request at a time in Unlimited Subscription. If you have additional requests, you can place them in the “Queued” section.

The request you created will go to this section like in this image. Once the work begins, it will move to the “Active” section. What is this Active section? It shows the work that is currently being processed. Like we said before we are working on one request at a time in Unlimited Subscription.

Do you want us to work on different projects rather than the current Active project? Then all you have to do is drag the project you want us to work on from the Queued section to the Active section.
